I've since switched to a wholly Mac-centric workflow, and have been forced to do a bunch of conversions through Cakewalk Next, although my preferred DAW right now is Ableton, even though I'm just using the Lite version, which is limited to 8 tracks. There's also been a change to the way Reason VSTs work, which is forcing me to recreate patches and migrate MIDI files into the DAW. Annoying, but not quite as bad as the fact that certain instrument packs were part of Refill kits that I've lost track of over the years.

Atlas

Welcome to my songbook! This notebook/website has got collections of my unreleased tracks, along with chord books and other resources I'm putting out there for collaboration. My current goal is to 'finish' the tracks under the Opposite of Love folder, which are mainly songs I wrote in my teens and twenties. Some of them are still just demos of me playing and singing guitar, but others have been expanded and refined into multitrack instrumentation. I don't consider any of them finished; guitar is my primary instrument, and the piano/keys/synth, drum and bass tracks aren't where I like them. I'm hoping to rectify that by sharing these tracks with my friends and collaborating with them to be able to play them live, and also motivate me to get them cleaned up and put out as something I can be proud of.
If you're interested in how I put this site together, you can read the Tech Notes, and if you're interested in my rig you can check out the Production Notes. Nothing at allBut I won't stand for you any more
